FEES
Our fees are not refundable. While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to take legal advice before booking the service.
Please note that fees are subject to change without notice. A list of current fees can be found on our website https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/finland-consular-fees.
HOW TO PAY
Fees are payable in EUROS. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or cash. We do not accept personal cheques.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
For all Notarial Services and for Notices of Marriage/Certificates of No Impediment, you must bring proof of identity and proof of your address/residence in Finland (i.e Immigration police registration document).
Please read additional instructions for each service carefully at www.gov.uk.
You will have to pass through Security upon arrival at the Embassy. You should expect your belongings to be checked, and you will have to leave your telephone and other electronic devices with the gate guards. Please do not bring laptops or other electronic devices. Please arrive a few minutes in advance of your appointment to the security check.
If you are accompanied by an assistant, family member or interpreter, please add their full name and nationality in the notes field of your booking.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you will be able to do so by following the link in the confirmation e-mail.
DATA PROTECTION
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on www.ico.gov.uk). Such personal data may be disclosed to other UK Government Departments and public authorities.
To provide this online service to you, we use an external provider called Clickbook. You will find a link ( http://clickbook.net/dev/site.nsf/ConfidentialityInfo) regarding their privacy policy at the bottom of each page on www.clickbook.net.
